PREHEAT oven to 325 and line 6 muffin tins with paper liners
IN a small mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. In a separate large mixing bowl, whisk together wet ingredients. Gradually stir dry ingredients into wet to form a batter.
SCOOP batter into tins and bake for 20-25 minutes.
