Ingredients

COCONUT TOPPING

  • 1/2 tsp Swerve
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream at room temperature (or heat to soften)
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • IN a small bowl, use a fork to mix together coconut cream, Swerve and cinnamon until combined and fluffy. Set aside.
  • COMBINE ingredients for mug cake in a mug or small bowl. Stir well until smooth and moistened.
  • MICROWAVE for 90 seconds. Top with coconut topping.
