Instructions
IN a small bowl, use a fork to mix together coconut cream, Swerve and cinnamon until combined and fluffy. Set aside.
COMBINE ingredients for mug cake in a mug or small bowl. Stir well until smooth and moistened.
MICROWAVE for 90 seconds. Top with coconut topping.
