Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup Swerve
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee granules *
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • PREHEAT oven to 325 and line 6 muffin tins with paper liners
  • IN a small mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. In a separate large mixing bowl, whisk together wet ingredients. Gradually stir dry ingredients into wet to form a batter.
  • SCOOP batter into tins and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Notes

*Optional. Without coffee, tastes like simple chocolate muffin!
