Just an update that I'm really loving the recipes and the program. I'm eating way better (quality & taste) than in many years. The first couple of weeks I dropped an additional 3 lbs from my last injection weight and then I've managed to maintain that additional loss.

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup bell pepper
- ½ cup white onion diced
- 1 tbsp jalapeño minced
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- sea salt to taste
Instructions
- PREHEAT oven to 350° and spray a 10 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- WHISK eggs in a large bowl. Stir in vegetables and cilantro. Season with sea salt. Pour into pan.
- BAKE for 30-35 minutes. Allow frittata to cool slightly. Gently slide off pan and onto a plate. Slice into 4 pieces.
Notes
Yields 4 pieces.
Make it a Maintenance Recipe (choose one):
- FAT: 1 oz cheese OR ¼ avocado, OR 2 tbsp sour cream
- PROTEIN: Cooked ground meat or leftover cooked shredded chicken.
