We now have online versions of all the P3tolife recipes! Either way, you still need to download the PDFs here because those have the meal plan and grocery list. BUT with the online recipes, you can also change serving sizes of recipes.
These are lower-calorie versions of the P3tolife recipes, for those who would like to attempt some additional weight loss on their own by using some lower-calorie eating days. To be utilized after Phase 3 is over.
