This got started from the comment Julie left on the P3 program membership site:
“Someone in heaven is watching over me because the weekend that I started P3 was the same weekend that Rayzel offered the P3tolife program!!! I bought it immediately and am completely in love!! I’ve NEVER been so excited and happy with food I am eating and felt so satisfied and good at the same time! I can’t wait to try each new recipe and I’m continually amazed at how delicious and flavorful the food is that I’ve cooked. My family is loving it as well! I triple every recipe! I haven’t had one issue on P3 – it has been soooooo easy and I keep losing weight too! I have lost 8 more pounds during the past two and a half weeks by following Rayzel’s P3tolife!! I plan to continue to eat this way for life!! Rayzel – you are an angel from heaven! I can’t thank you enough!!”
If I said my eyes didn’t get misty I’d be lying. When you work SO hard on something for quite a long time, not knowing whether or not it will be useful or valued once you put it out there for everyone to see and use, getting comments like THIS one truly validate all that painstaking work.
After I contacted her, this was her follow up reply:
“Ahhh! So good to hear from you. I meant every word I said! I really don’t have a clue what I’d be doing right now without this program and I’m so excited about the future! I lost 20 pounds on HCG and 8 pounds on Rayzel (haha). Total loss of 28 pounds in 2 months – that is crazy!!”
This was my first time to do the HCG diet. A friend asked me to do it with her and I didn’t really know what I was getting myself into. I wasn’t very prepared. I used a doctor in Dallas and did the injections. I was really struggling with hunger even after 3 weeks and my doctor didn’t know why.
I called my pharmacist and they thought the doctor prescribed too high a dose. I googled “what causes hungry on HCG diet” and that’s when I watched a video or read about it on HCG chica.
I started at 164.8 pounds on Jan 31, 2017 and lost 20 pounds in 5 weeks on HCG diet and then transitioned to P3 after 5 weeks – I couldn’t take it anymore! The same weekend that I was transitioning to P3 I got an email from HCGchica about a program for P3. I bought it that weekend. I continued to lose weight by following the advice of Rayzel and using the P3tolife program/recipes.
I was willing the follow P3toLife JUST to get my weight stabilized, but the bonus was I continued to lose weight (8 more pounds on P3), had absolutely NO problems, never did a steak day, NEVER felt hungry and the recipes were OUT of SIGHT DELICOUS!!
P3tolife has been more than just three week transition, it is a new way of life for me!
I am the luckiest girl in the world because I have never done Phase 3 without the P3 program – sorry that doesn’t help you much, but it was great for me – LOL!
I made the recipes for myself and my family of 4. I tripled almost all the recipes except a few I only doubled. Because I work full time, I needed to maximize my cooking time, and I would triple the recipes and eat them for as long as I could.
For example, I made the Bacony Eggs and would eat them for breakfast for about 5 days before I would make another breakfast item, like the chocolate mug bread, and would eat that for 4 days. I followed the recipes in “order” but it took me two weeks to get through the “Week 1” recipes, and two weeks to get through the “Week 2” recipes.
I would try to get 3 or 4 meals out of a lunch/dinner recipe so that I only had to cook about once during a work week and did most of the cooking on the weekend.
My family loved the food I was making! I’m starting the 5th week of making these recipes and I’m a few recipes in on the 3rd week of recipes.
I lost 8 more pounds while on Phase 3 and it was so much easier than being on P2 because I wasn’t hungry on P3. I really struggled with hunger on P2 because I don’t think they got my dosage right. I’ve continued to eat the recipes on P4 and my weight is stabilized.
This was my first P3.
I had NO idea I was going to love the food so much. I plan to continue to eat this way going forward and I am so excited that there could be more recipes released in the future.
I have learned to love cooking – something I hated before.
I lost 8 more pounds on P3 and it was the easiest part of this whole journey. The peace of mind I had that all I had to do was follow the plan and I knew I would be successful and I was!
