    P3tolife Program Testimonial

"A wonderful, creative, delicious guide to P3 and beyond!"

I had discovered your wonderful website a year or so ago and I believe it was an answered prayer as I have subscribed to your P3tolife and it has been a lifesaver! A wonderful, creative, delicious guide to P3 and beyond! I have never eaten such delicious food and so much, feeling satisfied & maintaining perfectly! I haven't even begun my exercise program yet.

You are truly changing lives by removing the stress factor from P3 and beyond! Thank you for all of your efforts and your passion to see us succeed!

I have learned a great deal about nutrition and my intolerances & sensitivities over the past 8 years. HCG is a great way to lose weight and keep it off making true lifestyle changes if using the Rx only, following protocol and topping it off with your P3tolife! Thank you so very, very much!

    Peach Pie Smoothie

    Meal Plan Category: Week 7
    Recipe: Dessert / Snack, Drinks
    Servings: 1 serving
    Calorie: 33kcal
    Net Carb: 7g

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
    • 1/4 + 1/8 cup water
    • 1 tsp half and half
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
    • 1 tsp Swerve
    • powdered stevia to taste*
    • 7 ice cubes **

    Instructions

    • High Powered Blender: Add liquids/soft ingredients first, then ice, and blend.
    • Ninja: Add ice first, then rest of ingredients on top. Do crush function first to crush ice. Scrape sides with spatula, then blend.
    • Both: You will likely need to scrape the sides with a spatula a couple times.

    Notes

*STEVIA NOTES: 1 scoop = the scoop that comes in stevia bottle = 1/32 of tsps = 1 packet stevia. If you do not have any of this, a few light shakes. If you do not like stevia, use more erythritol-based sweetener to compensate. It’s not nearly as sweet so per scoop you may need to add 1-3 more tsp. to taste. Please see the “Sweeteners” tutorial under the Shopping Tutorials section.
Note: Video tutorials of these smoothies in the Dessert Smoothies Course on p3tolife.com!
**So I’ve discovered ice cube size can vary! These are made with ice-cube trays purchased online. If you make your smoothie and it seems too watery/liquidy and not thick like the photo or the video tutorials don’t worry, you aren’t crazy! Your ice-cubes are just smaller. Either add more icecubes or buy some trays online to use. The point is your smoothie should be kind of hard to blend- that’s how thick it should be.
