    P3tolife Program Testimonial

"The P3 desserts are like a party in your mouth!"

The blackberry smoothie is Ahhhh-mazing! I technically started P3 last Wednesday, then went away that same weekend. After we got back it was hectic with work, so I was finally able to make the 1st smoothie this weekend and I am soooooooo excited that I did! These desserts are like a party in your mouth, they explode with flavor and the macros are Fa-getta-bout-it! I heard Rayzel say how we really should make them and now I know why. Delicious, filling and did I mention delicious?!?! It’s like an icy that’s good for you, without the high fructose corn syrup. THANK YOU RAYZEL!

    Meal Plan Category: Week 1
    Recipe: Dessert / Snack, Drinks
    Servings: 1 serving
    Calorie: 41kcal
    Net Carb: 8g

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup frozen blackberries
    • 4 - 6 tbsp water
    • 2 tsp lime juice
    • 1 lime , zest
    • 8 ice cubes
    • 1 tsp Swerve
    • powdered stevia to taste*

    Instructions

    High Powered Blender:

    • Add liquids first/soft ingredients first, then ice, and blend.

    Ninja:

    • Add ice first, then rest of ingredients on top. Do crush function first to crush ice. Scrape sides with spatula, then blend.

    Both:

    • You will likely need to scrape the sides with a spatula a time or two.

    Notes

*STEVIA NOTES: 1 scoop = the scoop that comes in stevia bottle = 1/32 of tsps = 1 packet stevia. If you do not have any of this, a few light shakes. If you do not like stevia, use more erythritol-based sweetener to compensate. It's not nearly as sweet so per scoop you may need to add 1-3 more tsp. to taste. Please see the Sweeteners tutorial under the Shopping tutorials section. Video tutorials of these smoothies can be found in the Dessert Smoothies Course
**So I’ve discovered ice cube size can vary! These are made with icecube trays purchased online. If you make your smoothie and it seems too watery/liquidy and not thick like the photo or the video tutorials don’t worry, you aren’t crazy! Your ice-cubes are just smaller. Either add more ice-cubes or buy some trays online to use. The point is your smoothie should be kind of hard to blend- that’s how thick it should be.
