Another quick tip: Eat on smaller plates.
I have 2 plates in this video. A standard plate and a smaller one. So what I did is I put equal amount of foods on these 2 plates and if you take a look at these, it will look like there's more food on the smaller plate.
According to a research study, if you have more space on the plate, you will tend to fill it up. So if you have a small plate and you fill it up, psychologically it will make your brain think "Ooh I get a full meal and I'm happy with this. I don't need more than this." But if you're filling your plate, it's going to be more natural for you to want to fill this up because this does look a little bit mediocre. It will make you think there's too little food and you won't feel too good about it. It does make a difference.
This is just a good tip on helping you eat the right amount food on a daily consistent basis without thinking too much about it. And without making yourself eat less, you'll just naturally eat less and have a normal amount of food.
Yep, takes less time to wash those smaller plates! Lol! ????
