I made my first P3 recipe, the chocolate mug cake, and it was SO yummy! I’m excited to try more and to be able to pick and choose recipes because I don’t eat beef, fish or pork. It looks like there are still tons of great recipes I can make.
Hey Lizzy! I’m so glad you enjoyed it! They mug cakes are really yummy. Yes honestly most recipes with a protein could just be made with whatever protein you make- I encourage you say for a beef dish, make it with chicken or turkey instead- I can’t think of hardly any recipe where that wouldn’t work just fine, so give that a try!!
Thank you! I’ll be on vacation in Costa Rica for 10 days, much of week 2 and 3. Ugh. It’s a last minute thing. So, this will help me make better choices and maybe make some of the food. Thanks again. m
