    1. Agreed, I was also missing fruit. I love the P3 to Life because it includes such a variety.

    2. I’m so excited to try these new recipes. I did Keto for awhile after completing up to week 4. I found that I had binge like tendencies come back with Keto so I returned to following the P3 to Life Meals. This is my new lifestyle. Thank you Rayzel!

        Hey Becky! Thanks for writing in again! I’m so glad this way of eating feels like a long term way that can work for you. I think a lot of us are similar – I just tend to like to eat a lot, and even if it’s high fat foods, I can overeat very easily and keto meals end up being rather small to keep the right caloric intake. So glad- week 5 is up and week 6 will be up tomorrow!!
