    1. HI Rayzel
I’m in phase 2 right now and have 2 more weeks to go before I can start P3, but i’m doing the research and buying online now. I love that there are dessert recipes in your plan because I LOVE desserts, but it’s -25 in Canada – and i’m really craving something hot and creamy.. is there a way to make a non-dairy latte or steamer (choc mint?) withoout blowing the bank on calories?

      1. Rayzel says:

Hey! Yes I’m sure there is a solution for that- for the moment, while I don’t have a P3 specific latte recipe, we do have a rogue P2 latte recipe and I bet you could be more loose with it for more calories to make it taste just a bit better! Here’s the video tutorial for that recipe: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I7aCfc8ElAI
and the first 4 recipes on hcgchicarecipes has 4 hot drinks you could adapt as you like: https://hcgchicarecipes.com/?s=latte

Thank you for taking the time to spoon feed us these wonderful recipes. I went into this with an open mind and have enjoyed flavors I would never have tried previously. I’m loving this P3 phase and finally have a way to maintain thanks to you.

      1. Rayzel says:

Hey there Bonnie! I’m so very glad to hear this – how far in Phase 3 are right now, which week?

    3. I’m in Week 2 of P3 and I’ve had so much fun eating these delicious and easy recipes!!! For me, the shopping for a few things was the most time consuming but then again, I gave up at the grocery store and just ordered online directly from your list provided for us!

Save yourself the trouble and order what you can online! They have a greater selection in flavors for the flavor drops and stevia….AND THEY’RE LESS EXPENSIVE!
I’m still loving some of the week 1 recipes that I cannot wait to make again after P3!

I’m now enjoying week 2! Pst, pst…..my boys are LOVING the veggies they’re eating! My 13yr old is a super picky eater and he’s especially loving it! I do mod for extra calories and fat to match fitness -CrossFit kids.

I haven’t made any of the smoothies because I’m not a smoothy fan but I will try them this week just because they sound delicious looking at the ingredients! My kids are also asking me to make them! LOL! Bring out the Vitamix!

Thank you beautiful for all the hard workn you did for us for the P3 program! I’m actually under my LIW and I feel like I’m eating son much food! I’m getting more hungry so I’ll eat and extra egg muffin or 1/2 a morning bread in a mug. I loooove having those handy in the fridge!
      My fellow P3lifers,
If I can do this so can you!!! Enjoy the process!!! $

      1. Rayzel says:

Hey Olga! This is so awesome to hear- I think especially about your kids too, how wonderful. I agree about shopping online- cheaper, faster, and way less tiring. I find grocery shopping exhausts me lol! Please let me know how P3 finishes up for you! And yes on those smoothies- I would definitely give them a try and just see you might change your mind ;)- And if not, there’s always the mug muffins for the warm-food loving peeps.

    4. Next week I end Phase 2 and head straight to Cancun Mexico with my daughter as I roll into Phase 3. I am committed to the plan but doubly overwhelmed to move to this phase while travelling to an All-inclusive. I’m taking the food list with me but any ideas on how to stay on program while gone are really appreciated! Thanks for the awesome support in Phase 2!!

      1. Rayzel says:

        Hey there!

Okay for starters definitely watch the eating out/vacationing lesson okay? That’s here:
        http://p3tolife.com/courses/superimportantstuff/eating-out-vacationing-in-p3/
and also the lesson on alcohol here:
        http://p3tolife.com/courses/superimportantstuff/alcohol-in-p3/
I plan to add to the eating out one more soon as I can. When you arrive, if you take some photos and/or let me know what kind of ingredient options are where you are staying, I will be happy to try to give some feedback/advice okay? You can do this! Another lady recently traveled her whole P3 and she came back 1-2 lb under LIW- she said she walked a lot as well which likely helped!

    5. Okay, I’ve been on the site for a couple of weeks now in anticipation of P3 and now IT’S HERE! There is no way I’m messing up all the hard work this time around. Thanks so you I’m prepared! I’m so excited to try these recipes!!!

      1. Rayzel says:

Hey Christine! I hope it goes well and just give a holler if you run into a question okay?

    6. I made the Double Chocolate Smoothie w/ Coconut Cream Drizzle tonight and YUM! I modified the recipe slightly by adding a sprinkle of sea salt. It seems the sea salted caramel craze is so popular right now, so I figured why not add some sea salt to this recipe?!? It was a perfect balance between sweet and salty. Loved it!!

      1. Rayzel says:

That’s an awesome idea!! I was actually just thinking about the sea salt idea myself today for some reason too while browsing for inspiration for new recipes on Pinterest haha! I’m curious what type of blender did you use and were you able to get it nice and thick like it’s supposed to be?

    7. This is so wonderful! I am a few weeks away from P3 but I’m feeling much better about it now. This is an excellent guide.

      1. Rayzel says:

I’m so glad! I have more updates coming soon.
